Overview:
A high-performance steel-filled epoxy compound designed for repairing worn or damaged steel parts and machinery. Once cured, it can be drilled, tapped, machined, sanded, or painted for a professional-grade finish. Ideal for metal bonding, rebuilding, and surface restoration applications.

Recommended Applications:

Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, and dust. For best adhesion, roughen metal surfaces with sandpaper or a wire brush before applying.
Application:

Mix resin and hardener thoroughly in 2.5:1 ratio until color is uniform.

Apply to prepared surfaces immediately.

Avoid applying on oily or greasy areas.

For non-bonding areas, lightly coat with Vaseline or oil.
Removal Methods:

Metal, Ceramic, Glass: Heat above 170°C to weaken; sand, file, or drill if necessary.

Fabric/Wood: Soak in isopropyl alcohol, acetone, or paint stripper (test first on a small area).
